Great American Teach In

Well I put my money where my mouth is...I am doing the Great American Teach In for 2 schools. I went and presented my metal working profession to young children in hopes that they might be intrigued enough to look into the trades.

They were impressed with the products I brought. They liked when I cut and bent metal to show how things are made. I brought pieces that went together and formed the Christmas Tree.

Maybe we can get the work ethic back in kids. Maybe we can have them explore hands on experiences instead of keyboard fantasies only. We need skilled people. We need to teach them now to explore their imaginations and think outside the screen.

Lead the way....come to and take a class. Show them that anyone can learn something different.
